Class Description:
In this fun and informative workshop, you’ll create a delicious 3 course meal while learning some of the fundamental preparation and cooking techniques every cook should master. I will show you how easy it is to make both the right buying choice and create a foolproof result. Working in groups, you’ll practice cooking the meat while prepping seasonal produce and creating your own unique sauces. Plus, I’ll share the secrets of the Pan Sauce, THE 'go to' lipstick on a pig (in a good way) sauce when you either need to accentuate or perhaps redirect the taste, texture and/or smell of your star ingredient.. We'll also learn how to rescue the meat when things go wrong!

What to Expect:
Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about technique. In this workshop you'll work together in a fun, hands-on environment led by you but guided by me!
